Là Pole Bootcamp classes are a high intensity group fitness class that is suitable for all fitness levels.  Our Bootcamp class consists of interval circuit training, drills, boxing and light free weight training that will push your strength, core stability and cardiovascular to its limits. Get your sweat on and get ready to burn!

Blendz FitBlast Combo Class | All levels of fitness

Our Blendz FitBlast Combo Class is a fun playful group fitness class that provides an awesome cardio and strengthening workout without feeling like its a drill class. Combining fun exercises using trampolines, hoops, ropes, dance aerobics, swiss ball and Barre. Muscles are targeted using slow, isolated movements inspired by ballet and swiss ball work. You will strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, in particular the legs, whilst improving flexibility and overall posture. We then move into the centre of the space for a range of fun workouts focused on cardio and endurance, taking inspiration from the 80's Aerobics craze, tampolines, skipping and hooping! We keep you moving to choreographed songs that make your workout fun! This is the perfect dancer's workout and will improve your physical and mental health as you move your body to the beat!
